Mr. Liu Jingang is the Head of ZCE Singapore . Prior to his current role, he served in ZCE's Agricultural Products Department and Commodities Department II, and was seconded to the Futures Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).
Throughout his career at ZCE, Mr. Liu has played a key role in the management and development of a broad range of agricultural derivatives, including wheat, paddy, and rapeseed-related futures. He has also contributed to the launch of new futures contracts such as red dates and peanuts, and has been actively involved in initiatives to further open China's edible oils and oilseeds futures and options markets to international participants.

With a strong commitment to advancing Vietnam's spinning sector, Vi focuses on building strategic connections with domestic and international partners across the cotton and textile value chain. She actively fosters collaborative relationships that create shared value for businesses within the industry.
Among her key initiatives is the Vietnam Spinning Directory, a comprehensive project aimed at introducing the capacity, strengths, and product offerings of Vietnam’s spinning industry to the global market. She has also participated in research projects assessing deforestation and legality risks related to African cotton imports into Vietnam, as well as analyzing cotton supply chains from various African origins to the Vietnamese market.
Through her leadership and strategic direction, Vi continues to promote impactful international collaborations and trade promotion programs that support the sustainable growth of Vietnam’s cotton and spinning industry. Her expertise and industry insights have led to invitations as a speaker at the Bremen Cotton Conference 2024, the Vietnam Textile Summit 2025, and other specialized industry seminars, where she has shared perspectives on Vietnam’s spinning and textile market.

Cheng Sujing

Cheng Sujing is currently a lead analyst of CCFGroup, responsible for cotton products and overseeing information services related to cotton, cotton yarn, cotton fabric, and textile and apparel products. With over ten years of experience in cotton industry chain research, she possesses a unique perspective on industry chain analysis, understanding, and judgment. She has excellent industry analysis, consulting, and research capabilities and has been invited multiple times to participate in major industry conferences to deliver keynote reports. The cotton textile industry forum she has led and participated in has successfully held eleven consecutive sessions, earning recognition from industry professionals and demonstrating significant influence.
