The report consists of four parts.

Part One: Review of Industrial Development - From Technology Introduction to Independent Innovation. In the early days of the People's Republic of China, the country had an extremely weak industrial foundation. To secure people's livelihoods, China prioritized the vigorous development of the chemical fiber industry as a national strategy. During the 1970s and 1980s, China introduced advanced global chemical fiber technologies and equipment on a large scale, built key chemical fiber bases, and established a number of joint ventures. After 2000, China achieved major breakthroughs in polyester manufacturing equipment and core technologies.

Part Two: Path of Technological Upgrading - Driven by Low?Carbon Development and Intelligent Transformation. Facing dual pressures from rising energy prices and intensifying market competition, low?carbon and energy?saving innovation has become increasingly critical. High?spindle configurations and energy?efficient technologies are now key to breaking industry bottlenecks. Intelligent manufacturing is also widely adopted to cut costs and enhance product value. Innovations have been made in hardware and processing details, including constant?tension winding technology and dual?feed technology.

Part Three: Future Outlook - Embodied Intelligence and Industrial Chain Integration. Mr. Zhu Aiming mentioned that AI enables autonomous operational adjustment and self?learning visual inspection across production lines. Meanwhile, enterprises located in Xinjiang and coastal regions are enhancing competitiveness through integrated upstream?downstream layout and technological breakthroughs respectively.

Part Four: Conclusions and Acknowledgements. According to Mr. Zhu Aiming, China's chemical fiber industry is currently at a critical transition stage from high output to high quality. Enterprises need to further accelerate low?carbon upgrading and intelligent manufacturing.
