Prof. Li 's report is structured into five key sections: 

First, technology overview. He introduced the types of commercially available silver catalysts and their historical development and highlighted achievements made by Sinopec in silver catalyst technology. 

Second, reaction mechanism. He explained the reaction of ethylene with oxygen on the catalyst surface and detailed three primary reaction mechanisms for ethylene oxidation. 

Third, domestic technological innovation. Sinopec developed and applied the chemical theory of "weakly adsorbed oxygen" to silver catalyst design and overcame selectivity limits associated with the "molecular oxygen" mechanism and created novel catalyst carriers and preparation techniques. 

Fourth, commercial application.  YS-series silver catalysts now rank among the world's advanced level in overall performance. Applied successfully in nearly 100 domestic and international units, with total sales exceeding 8,000 tons. 

In the last section, he also introduced the current challenges and bottlenecks in silver catalyst technology. Outlook for further development is positive, with domestic silver catalysts expected to see robust market growth.
