Director Zou introduced a plan by China State Railway Group to support the chemical fiber supply chain and reduce logistics costs across the industry through major railway corridors. With the "1+21+40+N" logistics organization system, it provides integrated services including rail?road?water intermodal transport, fast freight trains, and logistics finance. Five dedicated chemical fiber rail routes have been launched from Zhejiang and Jiangsu to Fujian, Guangdong and other regions. The whole?route freight rate is 0.15yuan/mt/km, with efficiency improved by more than 50% compared with water transport and high stability. Upgraded scheduled trains and high?end products and realize door?to?door delivery within 3 days.
